Tap. Speak. Done. — Help and answers for My Track Record.
Email us at aleach95@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within 2–3 business days. Please include your device model and what you were doing when the issue happened — it helps us fix things faster.
My Track Record logs your meals, workouts, hydration, and body weight by voice — no typing. Tap the microphone, say what you did ("grilled chicken with rice and a protein shake" or "bench press, four sets of eight at 185"), and tap stop. My Track Record transcribes it, estimates calories and macros, and saves it to your day automatically.
From the home screen, tap the orange microphone button, speak naturally, then tap to stop. You can describe several things in one recording — a meal and a workout together, for example — and My Track Record will split them into separate entries.
Yes. Just say it ("yesterday I had pasta," "last Monday I ran three miles") and My Track Record will date the entry correctly. You can also tap a date on the calendar first, then record — new entries default to the day you're viewing. To move an existing entry, open it and use the Move action to pick a new date.
My Track Record needs microphone permission to record. On iOS, go to Settings → My Track Record and make sure Microphone is enabled. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → My Track Record → Permissions. If it's already on, try closing and reopening the app.
Transcription happens over the internet, so a weak connection can cause it to time out. Check your signal and try again. If it keeps failing on Wi-Fi and cellular, email us with the time it happened so we can look into it.
All calorie, macro, and burn figures are estimates — typically within 20–30% for food and workouts, and 10–15% for your metabolic rate. My Track Record is built to show honest weekly trends, not clinical precision. The more detail you give (quantities, weights, modifiers), the tighter the estimate. You can always edit any entry's numbers by hand.
Your most recent logged body weight feeds the calorie calculations: it sets your metabolic rate (BMR) and scales workout-burn estimates to your size. To log it, just say "I weighed 178 this morning."
Go to Settings → Goals. You can set daily calorie and macro targets, or enter a target weight and date and tap "Calculate recommendations" to get a safe suggested plan. Goals are free for everyone.
Voice logging, the calendar, daily summaries, barcode scanning, BMR/Net calculations, and goals are free. Pro unlocks workout-plan mode, weekly stats, data export (CSV/PDF), and AI photo analysis — estimate calories from a meal photo or read a restaurant menu. AI photo analysis is subject to fair-use limits (currently around 150 analyses per month, fewer during a free trial), which is well beyond normal use. You can see current pricing and any free-trial offer right in the app before you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account. To cancel, open your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions (iOS) or the Play Store → Subscriptions (Android). To restore a purchase on a new device, open the paywall in My Track Record and tap "Restore purchases." Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
Tap the barcode icon on the home screen and point your camera at a product barcode. My Track Record looks it up, shows the nutrition per 100g, and lets you enter how many grams you had before saving it as a food entry. Barcode scanning is free.
Yes. Your data is visible only to you, it's never sold, and My Track Record contains no ads or tracking. Voice recordings are transcribed and then discarded — we don't keep the audio. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently erases your profile, all entries, workout plans, and sign-in credentials. It cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it separately through Apple or Google — deleting your account does not cancel billing.
No. My Track Record is a tracking and estimation tool, not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise.
