Delete your account & data

Sign in below to permanently delete your My Track Record account. This verifies it's really you, then erases everything immediately — there is no email step and no waiting.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login
• Your profile and goals
• All logged food, workouts, and weigh-ins
• Your workout and training plans, recipes, and meal-prep batches
• Your Apple Health daily summaries, recaps, and Themes progress
• Feedback you sent, including any screenshots

Voice recordings and meal photos are never stored — they're processed and immediately discarded. Subscription/purchase records are held by Apple or Google under their policies; manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account. Our database host keeps routine backups for a short period; deleted data ages out of those on their own schedule and is not used to restore an account. If you ever subscribed, deleting your account also asks our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to delete its customer record for you.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the My Track Record app you can delete individual entries at any time:

• Open the day that contains the entry.
• Tap the entry (food, workout, or weigh-in).
• Choose Delete to permanently remove just that item, or Edit to change it.

Deleting an individual entry removes it immediately and permanently, and does not affect the rest of your account. Workout plans can be deleted the same way from the Plan screen.
